Batik Jonegoroan

Batik is a cultural craft with high artistic value and has become part of Indonesian culture (especially Java) since long. Batik is also the ancestral heritage of Indonesia that still remains. Each region has their own pattern with its own peculiarities.

One of those region is Bojonegoro. And Bojonegoro has officially launched their original patter called Jonegoroan batik. Bojonegoro has been known for its rich batik patterns and some of them already patented. Bojonegoro original batik patterns are derived from the theme of local culture and its very well known potential. Among those patterns are

Mliwis Putih, Sapi, Jagung, Kahyangan Api, Tembakau, Minyak, Wayang Tengul, Padi and the Teak. Today, the production of batik has reached far to Singapore, and will reach even farther.
